According to Iran's efforts to join the organization and the importance of the rules on international trade, the article focuses on two questions: What obligations are imposed on the members by these criteria? If and to what extent Health and safety regulations have been observed in Iran?</span> <br /><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">The article shows that Iran has been good in this field recently, but there are still some inconsistencies with TBT Agreement’s requirements.
