However the Principle of Non-Intervention is one of the international principles that has been generally accepted in the Islamic legal system in some way, but several exceptions have been expressed to this principle in both Islamic and international legal systems, one of which is humanitarian intervention. This research, for the purpose of comparison, is going to examine an important factor that organizes and institutes theoretical and sometimes practical foundations of a part of behavior and foreign relations of an Islamic State (like Islamic republic of Iran). That factor is the Islamic principle of support of the oppressed. This research is trying to study this Principle in current international condition and its relation to the principle of non-intervention in international law.</span> <span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"> </span>   مشروعیت مداخله به نفع بیداری اسلامی معاصر در جهان عرب را تنها یک اصل می‌تواند به نیکی توجیه کند و آن اصل اسلامی حمایت از مستضعفان است و نیز تنها، اصول«منع توسل به زور» و «عدم مداخله» در حقوق بین‌الملل معاصر است که می‌تواند مانع تحقق این اصل اسلامی شود. هرچند اصل عدم مداخله از جمله اصول بین‌المللی است که کلیت آن به نوعی در نظام حقوقی اسلام هم پذیرفته شده است، اما در هر دو نظام حقوق بین‌الملل معاصر و اسلام موارد متعددی به عنوان استثناء بر این اصل لحاظ شده است که یکی از آنها مداخله بشردوستانه است. این پژوهش در مقام تطبیق، به بررسی عاملی مهم که زیر‌ساخت‌های نظری و بعضاً عملی بخشی از رفتار و روابط خارجی یک دولت اسلامی (مانند جمهوری اسلامی ایران) را صورت‌‌‌بندی و سازه‌مند می‌نماید، یعنی اصل اسلامی حمایت از مستضعفین در شرایط کنونی بین‌المللی و مطالعه نسبت این اصل با اصل عدم مداخله در حقوق بین‌الملل می‌پردازد   https://jls.shirazu.ac.ir/article_1567_2ed98fe1df60b4c68a03ccfdc8e56915.pdf
